That's exactly why I'm opening a small PRN opportunity with Pet Hospice Partners.

I'm looking for a credentialed veterinary technician who is interested in learning more about veterinary hospice, palliative care, and Quality of Life support and would like to grow in this area alongside me.

This isn't a traditional veterinary technician position. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with families through virtual and in-home Quality of Life consultations, learn more about hospice and end-of-life care, and develop skills that you may not get to use in a traditional clinical setting.

I'm especially interested in connecting with a technician who:

🐾 Has a genuine interest in senior, hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care
🐾 Wants to expand their skills beyond traditional clinical practice
🐾 Values compassionate communication and client education
🐾 Is curious, independent, and eager to learn
🐾 Is looking for meaningful PRN work that can fit around their existing schedule

You don't need years of hospice experience. I'm much more interested in your heart for the work, your communication skills, and your desire to learn.

My hope is to create an opportunity where another veterinary technician can learn, grow, and discover a different side of this profession while helping families and their pets through an incredibly important part of their journey.

This is a small, flexible, visit-based PRN opportunity serving Chapin, Lexington, Columbia, Irmo, and surrounding Midlands communities, with virtual consultations as well.
